Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to discriminate unlawfully in hiring.
• Upload candidate data without a lawful basis to process it.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Service.
• Misuse AI rankings as the sole basis for an adverse decision.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Where you act as a data controller for candidate personal data, our processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

The Service provides AI-assisted screening and ranking as decision support. Outputs include reasoning but are not guarantees. You remain responsible for final hiring decisions and for compliant, human review.

Fees, billing cadence, and any refunds are as stated in the applicable order form or presented at checkout. HireFlow360 is free for your first 3 open roles during launch.

Either party may terminate per the order terms. On termination you may export your data for a limited window, after which it is deleted in line with our retention policy.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid any fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
